After becoming an attorney in 2002, Mr. Biernacki focused on tax assessment appeals throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, helping large and small taxpayers alike. As a consultant, and an attorney, Mr. Biernacki has helped his clients save millions of dollars in real estate taxes. As the principal of Biernacki & Associates, P.C. he has expanded his practice, aiding his clients in numerous real estate related litigation matters, zoning and use variances cases, and residential and commercial contract negotiations. Mr. Biernacki also serves on both the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s UPL committee and the Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee. As a member of the ethics committee, Mr. Biernacki has authored numerous ethics opinions in response to calls to the PBA Ethics Hotline. This hotline serves as an important resource for lawyers throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
