Business Description
The Automatic Pallet Box Filler achieves continuous high capacity filling and gentle handling by rolling products into boxes.
Place empty boxes on each lifting platform. The PLC based control system rotates the empty box 80 degrees up to the end of the top of the conveyor. A photo eye sensor detects products loading and gradually lowers the box back into the level position. The top conveyor automatically reverses and completes the sequence again for the following box.
