Working with Brener Construction was a very professional and pleasant experience. They are fair and honest, they are easy to work with, the quality of their work is superb, and they stand behind their work.I recently purchased my first apartment, but before moving in, I wanted to completely renovate it before calling it "home." I was looking to completely redo the kitchen and bathroom, create a kitchen pass through window, replace the floors and baseboards, scrape the popcorn ceilings, reconfigure a few walls and doors, replace two large windows, add dozens of electrical outlets, and lots of other things. Nothing was left untouched.
This was my first renovation, and it was a major one. Before approaching Brener, I spoke to multiple other contractors, but was unsatisfied for various reasons. So, I searched for yet another contractor who
would just give it to me straight. This time I heeded the building's recommendation to talk to Brener Construction, as they came highly recommended by many of the building's residents. You can now add me to that list!
