Business Description
There used to be a tonne of churches located near the Dom Tower in Utrecht, literally in every direction. One of four Reformed Protestant churches that the city named after a cardinal direction was the Westerkerk. The Westerkerk, which first opened its doors in 1893, hosted the final worship service at one of these churches in January 2018. Its doors have reopened as BUNK Utrecht, and we've taken steps to ensure that the organ, known as the Quellhorst, continues to play. In order for even night owls to completely hear the thunderous sound of this beautiful instrument, which has been formally recognised as a National Heritage, we now organise evening concerts rather than early Sunday morning performances.
