Spencer Charif graduated from George Washington University with a B.A. in political science in 1997. He earned a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University in 2003. Licensed to practice Law in Florida and Massachusetts. He is a sailor, a musician, and a jiu-jitsu practitioner.
Spencer worked as an Assistant State Attorney for Miami-Dade for three years. While working for the State of Florida in one of the toughest criminal counties in the country, Miami-Dade, Spencer gained valuable experience trying cases in front of judges and juries., and negotiating every day.
Upon leaving the Office of the State Attorney in 2006, Mr. Charif founded this practice, and has focused on issues of corporate malfeasance, business disputes and fraud claims, wrongful death and catastrophic injury actions, and hotel and business liability cases.
