Located just minutes from downtown Wilmington, Vermont and Mount Snow, Chez Nous, has come to life again. With many years of restoration and research, John and Cheryl Mincarelli had a passion for this beautiful home to be shared once again.
The mansion is the former home of the “Heather sisters”, Mary and Celia, who purchased a hardworking dairy farm in the 1890’s and decided to construct a country cottage on the property to live in, they called it Chez Nous. After many owners throughout the 20th century, the property was left to deterioration.
Today, after researching the colorful history of Chez Nous and an ambitious cellar-to-rafter restoration, the mansion stands proudly with a 3,000 sq.ft. barn erected behind the mansion for many events to come. The Mincarelli’s have succeeded with their vision to provide a unique experience to those who want an extra special venue for weddings or events.
