Child Evangelism Fellowship of Greater Knoxville is part of a worldwide ministry of bringing the good news of Jesus Christ to elementary aged school children. The primary way we do this is through a program called Good News Clubs, which meet once a week after school with parental permission to attend. You might ask, can a religious organization meet in the schools? Yes, they can thanks to a US Supreme Court ruling in 2001 guaranteeing equal access to school facilities as other special interest and hobby clubs. To implement Good News Clubs in Knoxville, TN- CEF partners with local churches to adopt a nearby school, and provides interactive and entertaining curriculum.
