Our CEO and co-founder, Betty Rich, RPh, was involved in specialty pharmacy before developing the Connected Health concierge medical model. Specialty pharmacy is a much more involved relationship between the patient and pharmacist. Betty saw the benefits of having a high-touch relationship with her clients and began exploring concierge primary care health models.

She took that idea and turned it into Connected Health. Pittsburgh’s premier concierge primary care practice – connecting patients to dedicated medical physicians, pharmacists, personal trainers, registered nutritionists, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
