Contents Restoration Services (CRS) is a woman-owned Charlotte, North Carolina-based company providing packing, inventorying, cleaning, and storing of our customer’s belongings after a fire or water disaster, or from renovation or relocation. Suppose a home or business is being remodeled. In that case, CRS will carefully remove all contents in order to allow work to be completed and prevent damage to contents during the remodeling phase. Once the work is completed, contents are moved back into their original placement with much attention to detail. This includes re-installation of window treatments and wall hangings, reconnection of electronics, and many other additional services which may be required to ensure the highest level of customer service. If a home or business suffers damage from fire, water or mold, contents can be affected – furniture, area rugs, textiles, clothing, kitchen items and all other belongings may require professional grade cleaning, deodorization and decontamination. CRS is an IICRC Certified Firm and will follow IICRC guidelines in order to properly evaluate and clean items deemed to be restorable.
