CF+Y is a privately owned, boutique fitness studio located in Gresham, Oregon that offers Personal Training, Small Group Classes and Yoga. We offer In-Studio & Virtual Memberships as well as In-Home Personal Training. Our signature classes: CORE HIIT, COREYOGA+ and COREYOGA are professionally developed exclusively for you at our studio. They are coached by highly trained and passionate Fitness Professionals. You’ll feel a personal touch in every class experience due to our small group class sizes. As a member of CF+Y, you’ll have unlimited classes both in-studio and virtually. Virtual Memberships are designed for those in our community, who for whatever reason cannot come in to the studio for classes or personal training.
