Cory began his career in real estate immediately after graduation from Miami University in Ohio as a Construction Supervisor with a top national builder. Quickly moving up, Cory gained experience in Construction Management, New Home Sales, and Sales & Project Management with several national and regional home builders. Also proficient in the investment aspect of the industry, Cory has managed nation-wide sales for a regional real estate investment company and has personally flipped numerous homes in Ohio, NC, and FL. Cory’s breadth of experiences from his individual approach with each client.
Cory resides in a waterfront community in Manatee County with his wife, Cathy, and their
miniature Australian Shephards. Cory loves traveling, and nature and is a life-long college football fan…Go Buckeyes!
