Matt Froehler was born and raised in Virginia Beach, where he developed a strong work ethic from a young age. As soon as he could handle a broom, Matt was eager to assist on job sites, soaking up knowledge like a sponge. Throughout his high school years, Matt spent his summers working as a carpenters’ apprentice, honing his skills in construction and learning the ins and outs of building custom homes. After graduating, Matt decided to serve his country by joining the US Coast Guard. During his time in the service, he underwent rigorous training to become a Quartermaster/Navigator, Boarding Team Officer for Migrant and Drug Interdiction, and Aids to Navigation Tech. These experiences instilled in him valuable leadership qualities that would later prepare him for a supervisory role with JM Froehler Construction - where he now excels as an esteemed Custom Home Builder.
