I have been investing in real estate since 1980s while I was working as an engineer, systems integrator, and computer scientist. I made more money in real estate than all other jobs combined. Now with a real estate license, I have access to more current info and can better help others make good choices in real estate whether buying a personal residence or investing in one of the many facets of real estate opportunities. My experience is in raw land development, multi-family bldgs, single family rehabs (REO, HUD, short sales, etc) and investor financing. How can you cover it all?
