Child education allowance is an allowance that is available to all government employees under the Government of India. Child education allowance will be available to all employees (Group A to Group D) and not to them depending on the salary or rank of the employees. Education allowance will be reimbursed once a year at the end of the financial year. For this, the certificate of the head of the institution where the child studies, will have to be given. For hostel subsidy, along with the head of the institution, the amount spent on housing and food will have to be accounted for.
