Dr. Oliver Simmons is one of the country’s leading experts in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Board certified in plastic surgery, head and neck surgery, and facial plastics and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Simmons is one of the few surgeons in the country with triple board certification. He taught at Johns Hopkins for 5 years as an assistant professor of plastic surgery. He had extensive experience in craniofacial, cleft and cosmetic surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American board of Facial Plastic Surgery and by the board of Head and Neck Surgery. He is the most comprehensively trained and experienced plastic surgeon in the area and had additional training in cleft and microsurgery as well as specialized training in microsurgical breast reconstruction.
