Including the representative who I talked to on the phone, was pleasant, kind, and very helpful. As the technician arrived, I was then overwhelmed. He's a nice person to work with. He only took an hour dealing with my ac and heater repair needs. Our unit was working back to normal. The entire service was exceptional and the repair cost was quite reasonable.
