The ongoing investigation centers on alleged fraud cheating forgery and embezzlement related to contracts and transactions with entities such as M/S Eleven Consultancy FZE and partners in Congo Brazzaville. FIA has sought extensive records including contract details transaction histories cargo pricing information and internal correspondence as it examines potential offences under the Pakistan Penal Code and the Anti-Money Laundering Act, with the possibility of broader legal action and international cooperation.
