We have been informed by a customer from Texas that bags of ice work just as well as cold gel packs to keep items cool en route. This is good news as cold packs are more expensive and heavier than a bag of ice! Therefore, we discontinued the cold pack charge. Ice bags and styrofoam are added as necessary. A heat pack charge, when necessary (though rare), will still be applied during winter months. We appreciate our customers and rely on their word of mouth for advertising.
