Our extra-large tanks can accommodate parts up to 27 feet long and up 8,000 pounds.

210,000 Square Foot Facility
Our large modern facility sits on a 9.5 acre site on Chicago’s southwest side. Large staging and processing areas keep parts organized, safe and secure. Our 10 truck docks and full team of material handlers move you in and out quickly when picking-up/delivering orders. Our capacity allows us to turn around semi-trailer sized orders in a short amount of time.

Quality Control
We are an ISO 9001/ANSI-ASQ Q9001:2015 certified company. Our quality team includes a full-time chemical engineer and lab staff. Plating baths are tested daily to monitor performance, quality and prevent defects. Production samples are regularly salt spray tested to monitor corrosion resistance.
