Graymarc was founded by Sam Domino and Marco White. Sam, our Managing Member, is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and brings experience on both sides of the table, including sell-side representation, buy-side acquisitions, acquisition financing, and deal structuring. Marco, Partner and Advisor, holds an MBA, comes from a family business background, and has closed more than 50 transactions. Together, they understand both the numbers and the personal stakes behind a sale: the team that depends on you, the customers who trust you, and the legacy you've built.
There is no retainer and no upfront cost. We're paid a success fee when your business sells, and we provide our fee structure in writing before you engage us, with no long-term exclusivity required.
