"I worked with Jake and my experience was that 10/10! The first time I came in I couldn’t get the car I wanted because my bank has a daily spending limit and it was over that but he kept in contact with me for a week straight until I could come back updating me on the cars they were getting in and just was a big help. He ended up being able to keep a car around for me that I wanted and that’s the car I end up getting.
