GREENMAX Styrofoam Densifier melts Styrofoam into ingots by crushing them into small pieces, melting them down and eventually they can be extruded and put into containers. Thermal densifier offers a compressing ratio of 90:1. After the hot ingots cool down, stack them on pallets for convenience storage . INTCO also provides buy-back service.

Production Capacity 200 kg per hour / 440 lbs per hour

Applicable materials include EPS, EPP, PSP, XPS, PSP/food trays and cups.
