Habitat for Wellness is here to bring awareness to MODERN WELLNESS as it’s essential to view our health from a whole-body perspective, incorporating MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT. Mental wellness is just as important as physical wellness, which is what I emphasize in my anxiety book called Balance the Bossy Brain. Anxiety is a symptom of an imbalance within the body rather than a disease, which is why we must look at it from a holistic perspective. Otherwise, we will only learn how to deal with anxiety rather than overcome it for good!
