Family-owned and operated since 1983, Hench's of Sherman is a leading manufactured home dealer serving Texas and Oklahoma. Located on State Hwy. 56 in Sherman, we carry one of the largest selections in the region — single wide, double wide, and tiny homes — all on one lot, ready to tour in person or explore online with photos, floor plans, and 3D tours.

We stock 9 of America's top home builders, including Cavco, Clayton, Champion, Deer Valley, Jessup, New Vision, Oak Creek, Palm Harbor, and TRU Homes, so there's a home to fit every lifestyle and budget.

Found the same home somewhere else? We'll work to beat the price, the terms, or both. Our team offers no-hassle pricing, financing through multiple lenders for every credit situation, and real, local service — from first walkthrough to delivery and setup on your land. When you buy from Hench's, you're treated like family.
