We maintain our clients’ respect, dignity, and confidentiality while providing services to people with different needs. Our services include 24-hour home care, chronic conditions care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, personal care and assistance, care for severe autism, companion care, postpartum care, respite care services, senior transportation, child care, and more.
We evaluate each client and provide the appropriate services and caregivers based on their needs. Additionally, our HCAs provide services like helping clients bathe, dress, and use the restroom, assistance with exercising, transferring, ambulating, positioning, housekeeping and laundry duties, and meal preparation.
All our caregivers are licensed HCAs who receive 8-12 hours of annual training. We routinely train our HCAs in various specialized topics, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, paralysis, fall prevention, etc. We conduct state and federal level Livescan background checks provided by the Department of Justice (DOJ). Additionally, we also conduct the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) checks. Livescans are essential for caregivers to become licensed HCAs.
