The company, Atara Lights, was founded by Dikul Patel in 2015 after successfully sourcing LED lights for BAPS Non-profit temples around USA and completing Hotel/Motel projects. After getting complaints from clients and business owners of LED lights blowing up or simply not turning on, he quickly realized the issue. It was all due to the use of a cheaper quality, non certified LED lights available on marketplace with lowest prices. Also, traditional lighting distribution agencies lack the fast changing industry’s technical knowledge, and were slow to adopt LEDs, yet their pricing was very high.
AtaraLights.com’s mission is to provide current lighting products at reasonable prices for your lighting projects. Our new website only lists products that are certified with UL, DLC, EnergyStar, ETL, Intertek, etc approved.
