As part of our interview team, your primary responsibility is to participate in the hiring process with our client companies and successfully navigate the interview stages. These typically include recruiter interviews, technical interviews, behavioral interviews, and final-round interviews.
To be successful in this role, two skills are especially important: strong English communication skills and solid software development experience. Since many of our clients are international companies, clear communication and the ability to confidently discuss technical topics are critical.
Our clients range from startups to established technology companies across the US and LATAM markets. Software engineering positions in the US often offer compensation ranging from approximately $100,000 to $200,000 per year, while opportunities in LATAM commonly range from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, technology stack, and the specific role.
