Jamie is a connection coach, specializing in navigating relational dynamics in all relationships. Jamie believes relationships are the most important thing in the world but it’s one thing we haven’t been taught how to properly navigate or maintain. She is passionate about helping others get connected to themselves and in turn more connected in their relationships. She believes our connection to others is vital for a thriving life. While she is passionate about helping other pursue health in all relationships, she specializes in guiding others in friendship, dating and building trust with themselves. When we choose connection it will bleed into every area of our life!
