Manhattan Commercial Cleaning is a local commercial cleaning company based at 1631 2nd Ave Unit 5 in New York, NY 10028. We work in the buildings we clean, so the constraints are familiar: short service windows, a freight elevator shared with other vendors, and a lobby that has to look right during business hours.

Our work starts with how your space is actually used: where the foot traffic runs, which touch points get handled all day, how quickly the restrooms turn over, when trash builds up, and what the building requires for service elevators, loading, and after-hours access. That becomes a scope you can check us against rather than a general promise about quality.

If you are replacing a vendor, we start by walking the space and writing down what is currently being missed, which is usually more specific than the complaints suggest. From there we agree on what gets fixed in the first few weeks and what settles into the regular routine.
