The Law offices of Osofsky and Osofsky is a boutique elder law and estate planning law firm, focusing on the legal and long term care planning needs of seniors and their loved ones. For over 30 years, we have helped seniors incorporate long-term care concerns into their estate plans, so as to enable them to access Medi-Cal (known as Medicaid in other states) to help finance the cost of care in time of need. We also frequently assist clients in crisis situations, requiring requiring immediate need for Medi-Cal to help with the cost of care. Our principal also authors two columns in local newspapers on senior issues, and is the author of scholarly articles designed to assist other California lawyers who practice in this field.
