Needed work on tub/shower faucet that wasn't property diverting all the water to the showerhead. Plumber was scheduled to arrive between 1 to 2pm and arrived at 1:00pm. He wore a mask and donned gloves at my mom's request. He took less than 5 minutes to analyze the job then went to work when my mom okayed the estimate. Work was quickly completed to my satisfaction. Can't get much better than that.
