Dr. Tom is a board certified family medicine physician since 1992. He received his bachelors of science with great distinction in biochemistry and honors in chemistry. Dr. Tom was awarded a Regents Scholarship to attend medical school at UC Irvine and also received the Resident Teacher Award from the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.
