About Lined Pipe Systems Lined Pipe Systems was formed in 2017 to solve one of the most challenging problems of pipeline infrastructure: how to protect the interior of steel welded pipe joints from corrosion when temperatures exceeding 1,000°C are mere millimeters away from the protective polymer. The focus was to develop contractor-friendly products that not only permanently protect the weld joint from corrosion, but also permit fast construction using widely accepted construction techniques. Several years of research and testing has yielded the simplest, most cost-effective solutions for construction of pipelines with internal coatings/linings. LPS serves clients world-wide from its headquarters in Southern California, USA and R&D and manufacturing facilities in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
