Lockhart Noonan Chiropractic Center is dedicated to your health and well being. We have been practicing chiropractic care and wellness in our Dubuque office since 1991. Our goal is to educate families about the importance of chiropractic care, exercise and nutrition.

Dr. Lockhart and Dr. Noonan want people who enter the office to understand what caused the problem. We intend to help you understand how to correct it and how to prevent it from coming back.
