Loving is Key provides meditation classes in Los Angeles. Loving is Key was founded by Jeanne Cattouse, a life coach and one of the few Black meditation teachers and yoga teachers in Los Angeles.
Jeanne helps her clients balance and focus their lives while also reducing stress. She offers private meditation classes, group mediation classes, and holistic life coach sessions.
Work is often one of the biggest stressors in our lives. When work stress gets high it can cause low productivity and high turnover. Therefore Loving is Key also provides services to help businesses start healthy corporate mindfulness programs that teach employees and managers ways of using meditation for business success and life success.
