Bedroom 3: Situated on the lower level, mirrors Bedroom 2’s flexible bedding configuration, making it ideal for additional guests. We have bedroom 3 set up as a king as a default. The master and second bedrooms share a luxurious upstairs bathroom, while Bedroom 3 benefits from access to a second bathroom and laundry downstairs, ensuring a seamless balance of privacy and comfort for all guests. A double garage provides secure off street parking. A large deck facing the sea offers an external kitchen featuring an electric hotplate and gas bbq. An outside shower and a traditional sauna (with a view) is also available at the property at the top of the beach access path. Whales and dolphins are regular visitors to the bay and can be seen from Cooinda's living spaces inside and out. A cosy wood fire is available inside and a fire pit outside. Freycinet and Apsley National Parks and numerous vineyards with cellar doors and restaurants are a 30 minute drive away. A 9 hole golf course is nearby.
