It enhances corrosion resistance and slag resistance. The product range is based on magnesia composite materials. These bricks show excellent resistance to thermal shock and corrosion at high temperatures and are widely used in the steel industry. Its high melting point and resistance to hydration make it an ideal refractory material. Steelmaking requires extreme chemical, thermal and mechanical conditions that require materials with high performance that can withstand the action of steel and slag. Both magnesia carbon and magnesia alumina carbon are capable of providing such properties.
In addition to manufacturing standard brick sizes (MC 8/10/12/14/18), we are able to produce specialized shapes to suit all reformer and electric arc furnace designs.
