Dennis Moore grew up in Riverside. He studied philosophy at CSU Chico, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy. Next, he studied law at Whittier Law School and obtained a Juris Doctorate in 2005. He passed the bar exam on the first try and became licensed to practice law in the state of California in 2005.
