NextGen's coaches are current professional youth coaches at top MLS, ECNL, and USL academies and are former professional and top level collegiate players, all of whom specialize in player development. NextGen coaching focuses on progressive phasing, contextual skill building, and layered development to improve player performance and meet long-term player development objectives.
