At Nice & Tall, we are committed to preserving the original methods of Joseph and Clara Pilates, which date back to 1928 when they established this particular studio in New York City.
We firmly believe that teaching classical, authentic Pilates is the most effective way to naturally balance the body. We are proud to teach in a beautifully renovated space that was once Joseph and Clara’s original NYC studio, and we are honored to carry on their legacy.
