Business Description
I am a licensed and board certified therapist with 22 years of experience offering professional counseling services for children, adolescents, and young adults. I treat ages 5 to 50. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, depression, substance abuse and much more. I'm different than most therapists in that I encourage and maintain regular texting communication throughout the week. Research shows that maintaining contact between sessions builds rapport that much faster. I'm a Person-Centered therapist. I believe that the most important aspect of therapy is the quality of the therapeutic relationship itself. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to examine how thoughts affect feelings and to challenge irrational thoughts as they occur
