● Due to the obvious distance between them, Orbi is unable to connect to a satellite. If the distance between both the Orbi receiver and the Orbi satellite becomes too great, connecting to Orbi will fail. To make it easier to handle, shorten the distance between the Orbi router and the Orbi Satellite.

● To connect the satellite to your router, make sure you press the sync button. Instead of tapping the power key, use the arrow keys to move the cursor around the screen.

● If your Orbi router does not recognize the satellite, make sure the power supply and cable connection are both working properly. Make that the Orbi router is turned on and linked to an outlet.

● Make sure the Orbi satellite's power cord is connected. Connect the device to an outlet if the light isn't coming from it.
