Kim Kardashian West arrived at the Met Ball wearing a nude Thierry Mugler dress. The dress was made to resemble a figure-hugging latex corset but with one twist. The corset ended at her waist, and from there the gown flared out into a voluminous floor-length skirt. The whole thing was hand-stitched onto her skin, according to Vogue.
