During this time that we obtain a deposit, we will put your vehicle on “HOLD” status up to 7 days. If by the 7th day you have not contacted us in finalizing the vehicle purchase, the hold status will terminate and be up for sale. Please keep in mind the deposit on your vehicle is NON-REFUNDABLE. ‘I authorize PRESTIGE AUTOPLEX LLC to place a $500 deposit. I have read the deposit agreement and understand my deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, and that I contact the within 7 days to buy the vehicle. I understand that if a do not respond within the 7 days after placing a $500.00 deposit, the vehicle will be removed from my hold and I do not get the #500.00 deposit refunded to me.
