I'm psychologist Lilian Reis, a woman who has been on a journey of transformation through self-care, self-love and healing my inner child. I graduated in psychology from Estácio de Sá University in 2006 and later completed a postgraduate course in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Gestalt Therapy at Celso Lisboa University. I work with teenagers and adults online and in person. For many years in my life I behaved in an anxious and impulsive way, where my actions were based on 8 or 80, in other words, all or nothing. Life can be challenging and sometimes we all need help to navigate our complexities.
