Team Resources was formed by industry veterans David Cantor and Greg Sholom during the market depths of 1989, following the stock market crash of 1987. In 2010, Team Resources absorbed the personnel of SBWE, another active commercial broker. Originally known as Sholom and Zuckerbrot, SBWE began in 1962 in Queens and expanded to NJ in 1976.
