My repair journey began in 2014 after dropping a brand new iPhone 5s from the couch onto the carpet. I was so upset over the cracked screen, that I insisted on fixing it myself. This lead to a rabbit hole of repair related research and practice.

From what started out as just a hobby in my spare time, slowly became a home based business. My passion for electronic repairs grew as well as my customer base. Over 5 years later, we transitioned from working out of the dining room to opening up our first retail location.
