Owned and operated by Nikki & Dallas Coull, See Adelaide and Taste the Barossa are part of a wonderful story we are putting together since we met in the European summer of 1996. Having met in Greece while I was spending a couple of summers working and Nikki was there on holiday from her home in the UK. It wasn’t easy at first, Nikki wasn’t going to move to Australia on the back of meeting a silly Aussie bloke in the beautiful Greek village of Lindos on the Island of Rhodos. We took a while to get our act together however in 2004 I moved to the UK and we have been together ever since. James, Georgia and Tamsin make up our beautiful family. After 6 years living in the UK we made the move to Adelaide and started Taste the Barossa.
