Spectrum Achievers ABA was founded by parents of a child with autism, drawing on over two decades of hands-on experience to build the kind of clinic they wished they'd had. Based in Paramus, NJ, the practice serves families across Bergen County with individualized, play-based ABA therapy delivered by board-certified BCBAs and licensed RBTs.

Services include early intervention, on-site speech-language therapy, feeding therapy, social skills groups, and in-person parent support groups, alongside ABA therapy incorporating NACD-informed neurodevelopmental techniques. Spectrum Achievers accepts Medicaid and most major insurance carriers, offers bilingual Spanish-speaking staff, and maintains no waitlist — a rare combination in a Bergen County market where access is often the biggest barrier.

The clinic's approach is strength-based and neurodiversity-affirming, focusing on skills, independence, and quality of life rather than ""normalizing"" behavior. Every family is treated like family, reflecting the founders' own journey and their continued belief that abilities, not disabilities, define what's possible.
