ULU Yoga offers 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour multi-style yoga teacher training programmes in Koh Phangan, Thailand or Ubud, Indonesia. We also offer 50-hour aerial yoga classes. Participants may take part in a wide range of styles and unique workshops including aerial yoga, acroyoga, SUP yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, injury treatment, prenatal yoga, choreography, and traditional yoga philosophy, anatomy, methodology, and analytics. The curriculum includes set routines, teaching yoga on a regular basis, designing lessons, creating black-light performances, and flying over the sea on some of the world's most beautiful beaches.
